The Thinking Muslim Podcast is seeking a motivated and values-driven Fundraiser to support our work during the blessed month of Ramadan. This temporary role will play a key part in helping sustain and grow our platform through ethical, transparent, and purpose-led fundraising.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Muslim media, understands the significance of Ramadan giving, and can engage our audience with sincerity and clarity.

Role Overview

• Support and deliver fundraising efforts during the Ramadan period.

• Assist in planning and executing Ramadan fundraising campaigns.

• Communicate The Thinking Muslim Podcast’s mission and funding needs clearly and compellingly.

• Engage with our audience and supporters in a respectful and values-aligned manner.

• Support donation drives, appeals, and related communications.

• Track fundraising progress and provide basic reporting to the team.

• This is a Remote Role.

Role Duration

This is a temporary role for the Ramadan period only, aligned with the Islamic calendar.

Compensation

This is a paid temporary role, with compensation to be discussed based on experience and availability.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience or interest in fundraising, community engagement, or donor relations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of the importance of Ramadan giving and Islamic ethics around fundraising.

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Professional, trustworthy, and respectful in approach.
