Job Specification

We are seeking a Podcast Producer and Operations Manager. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • - Preparing podcast episodes, organising the research team, developing questions, and managing the guest schedule.

  • - Being proactive in selecting topics and themes for episodes.

  • - Coordinating with the technical team to arrange filming and post-production.

  • - Collaborating with Muhammad Jalal to choose appropriate edits and content starters.

  • - Engaging with and organising sponsorship opportunities.

  • - Arranging UK and international studio spaces and building local teams.

  • - Working with teams to enhance the podcast's presence on social media.

  • - Leading the overall production process.

Currently, Muhammad Jalal is handling these tasks, and we would like to find a producer who can bring additional value to the team.

Candidate Requirements

Potential candidates must have relevant experience and demonstrate skills in the areas mentioned above. Preference will be given to applicants based in London, but remote candidates who meet our criteria will also be considered based on merit. We envision the role starting on a part-time, flexible basis, with the potential to transition to a full-time position as the podcast grows.
